Orgin lost my game

Question

my sims was working just fine last week. Then I logged onto my computer and Sims 4 is no where to be found on orgin, It wont even show I purchased it or the expansion packs... and I now cant even figure out how to reinstall it because its like I never downloaed it.. but when I go to play it it asks me for the product code but it says&nbsp; "already in use".. Can someone help me 🙂
