@JayKay3390 have you tried reinstalling Origin or repairing the Sims game (through Steam) ?

    Yes, I've done both those things and it hasn't helped 😢

      @JayKay3390 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

      - Press Windows-Key + R
      - Type: DxDiag
      - Click on Save all Information.
      - Attach the Text File to your post
