How far did it go ? Did you get to the point where you put in your code ?

Yes, we put in a code, but nothing ever happens.
Try downloading the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download
Then login with your account info and check if the game show up in myGames. If your Internet connections allows you can just download the game from there instead.
