Origin not downloading sims 4!! i have tried everything ! nothing worked, i got the highest laptop and most powerful macbook 2013, and a high speed internet. PLEASE HELP 🤭

I don't know what your issue is because you haven't explained precisely what is happening. I also need the information that is listed in the link I posted in my previous post.
Let's start with some Origin help first. Please uninstall and reinstall Origin. Once you've done that follow these instructions on how to download and install The Sims 4.
If it doesn't work after trying again please post EXACTLY what is or isn't happening.
