Origin "Repair" function ignores language specific files?

Hi there,

I've been playing around with Origin's "Repair" function, and I'm not sure how much this affects other games, but definitely in The Sims 4, the repair service ignores "Strings_ENG_US.package" (Language specific file). All other files seem to redownload when I move/delete them and click "Repair".
