Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.

When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 an...

    To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
    Also, how long have you had this issue?

    Thanks i'll try that. And I've only had this problem, I would say maybe around a week and a half to two weeks. Somewhere around that time.
