Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.

When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 an...

    To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
    Also, how long have you had this issue?

so it's still an issue... so we have to start from scratch and play?

guess that's fine.... EA have any leads?
