Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.

When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 an...

    To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
    Also, how long have you had this issue?

I have the same issue. It's 2018 this shouldn't be happening, Origin needs to get it together
