Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.

When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 an...

    To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
    Also, how long have you had this issue?

@corafish123 I just downloaded sims 4 it worked one night and now it says I’m offline when I’m not! Turned firewall off and everything nothing works!!!! EA should do something. I work hard for my money. Don’t want to just waste it. I love Sims and have bought every one sense the very beginning too. 😢
