Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.

When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 an...

    To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
    Also, how long have you had this issue?

2025 this happens every time EVERY. TIME. there is an event. This means I cannot collect rewards. This is an ongoing [removed ]situation that causes frustration in game play
