Open Origin. Rightclick the game and select Game Properties. On the Advanced tab select The Sims 4 64 bit from the dropdown. Click save and start the game.
Hello thanks for replying! I’ve done that already but it keeps switching back to 32 bit when I click 64 bit and save☹️ When I click 64 bit and save origin doesn’t even download the 64 bit version so i don’t know what’s wrong

The 64bit version is already downloaded.. Your antivirus are blocking the change and may even have deleted ts4_x64.exe. Add Origin and the mentioned file to exceptions in your AV and then repair the game.

I never thought about my antivirus blocking it and deleting the files 🤔 I don’t understand what the last part means
