Origin wont Install Standard Edition

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? none
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Want to instal standard edition not legacy
What happens when the bug occurs? won’t let me instal standard
What do you expect to see? let me instal standard
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I want to instal the standard edition but Origin will only let me do the legacy and cannot change it

    @ Please do not use all caps. In forums it means your yelling. It is not polite etiquette and many users will not answer ride posters . There are many reasons for this issue. The biggest reason is the legacy edition is for computers with a 32 bit operating system. The Sims 4 requires a 64 bit operating system. Another reason is your computer does not meet the minimum requirements.
