[Pack not released yet] Can't Download Horse Ranch Bonus Content?

This issue makes me beyond mad. As soon as I can pre-order the horse ranch expansion, I did. This morning when I woke up, I logged on the Sims four, and I could not find anything relating to the horse ranch expansion, and it says that it was not downloaded. I am constantly trying to refresh my MacBook in hopes that it will show up, but as of 8:50 AM there is nothing.
