packs missing
i open my sims 4, then i tried to go in the game, i saw i couldn't because my packs (cats and dogs and cottage life) was missing, please EA, i'm so sad, i spent alot of money on those, and they are "not owned" i've onlt been playing a short time and this happens. ☹️
