Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I’ve been playing the sims for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on expansion packs , game packs etc. Recently, I got a new laptop and decided to download the sims. I haven’t played in maybe 2 years so I was unaware that Origin didn’t exist anymore. So I downloaded the ea app and then installed the sims. I logged into my ea account and loaded into the game and I didn’t have any of my packs I bought. I also didn’t have any of my saved builds or families in my gallery. Is there anyone that knows what the problem is? I’ve tried repairing through the ea app, uninstalling and reinstalling. I really am not sure why my packs would have just disappeared off of my account. PLEASE HELP!!
