Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Hi everyone! Just recently everytime I have tried to resume my recent game its saying "required packs needed" even though I do own them, I have cleared my cache, restarted the app but still does not work. I have contacted EA and they are going to start an investigation as to why this is happening but I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem, the more people who upvote this post the quicker EA will sort it! Thanks for reading
