Paid for Artist Studo Kit last week, but STILL no download. Please advise.

I bought the Artist Studio Kit this past week, but it did not automatically download.

 I was charged and My Account: Order history shows it, but it also shows "completed" when I never got the download I paid for.

Please, look into it and advise.

    @Honey-Gumdrops  Do you see the kit listed in your EA App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  If so, can you download it from there?
