Parties in Penthouse CL are being canceled by Friends Hangout

In two different saves I have had a goaled and ungoaled party canceled by the Friends Hangout. The friend was already invited to the party so there was no need for this friend to have a hangout. These hangouts need to be tuned down and overridden when there is a planned event.
