Pastel Pop Kit isn’t appearing in-game

I recently bought the Pastel Pop Kit (just today actually). EA even emailed me a receipt and everything so I thought that it was all good. But when I loaded up the game, it kept saying that I do not own the kit even though it’s already installed. I’ve tried doing the repair thing for my game and clearing the cache but it still didn’t work. I also installed the blooming rooms kit when it was free but it’s also not appearing in game
