Payment errors and Answer HQ errors

So I was trying to buy the new stuff pack through the game launcher, and after entering my PayPal information it said I had encountered an error and couldn't be processed. Bummer, so I was going to go through my browser and try again when I got an email from PayPal saying that EA had charged me for the game and it was successful. I went to check Origin, and no game credit was found...

So I tried to come here to speak to an EA customer support rep and every time the chat loads it gives me "404 - page not found" so...yeah...

I tried to call the support phone number associated with the account that took my money from PayPal, and it redirected me to the new hyper efficient chat program that isn't working, and then hung up. I would really appreciate help with either subject. (and I already made sure popups weren't being blocked, etc)
