Penthouse bulletin board not working, festicals wont spawn

@epdaly11 The boards don’t have festival info all the time, they only show info on the same day a festival happens. Each festival happens on a cycle every two weeks and on a certain day (e.g. romance festival is always on Saturday), so if you had a spice festival recently, the next one will be in two weeks.

Bulletin boards don’t control festivals. Festivals just happen. I get notifications about them even when I play houses outside the city.

@simvasion Thank you for the quick reply and info. I am not getting notified about festivals at all. Its not coming up in the notifications bar. I just started the new game so maybe I'll give it a couple SIM weeks and see if festivals pop up and report back. Thanks again!

    Did it work on a new save ?

      Well it kinda of works. I habe to keep my notification bar dropped down to find out about festivals bc the bulletin board doesn't give me ant info and neither do the signs. The signs work when your at the festival, which defeats the point lol. The bulletin board flashes but doesn't give any info.

        @epdaly11 maybe the editing of the lot screwed something up. Did you test on an unedited lot or a different lot ?
