Personal Museum

After completing the Curator Aspiration, I saw a message saying my Sim had collected enough to start charging for their own personal museum. Is this something that can actually be built? I know in Sims 2, a sim could own public buildings and even sell stuff, but can you create your own museum and charge for admittance? I did a Google search, but didn't come up with any answers. Is this real? If so, how do you do it?
