Pet which you gave to adoption service lose its trait

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a household with a pet, then put a pet for adoption(give up). Then, go to world menu and click household management. In the unfavorites area, you'll find your pet. Merge him/her to your household again. Open your household in CAS, and look at pet.
What happens when the bug occurs? Traits are completely different.
What do you expect to see? Traits don''t change at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Do they appear as single household for you ? None of the pets I've given up for adoption appear in the world manager and I don't think they should. 

    It seems like he can be adopted again afterwards which does change the traits but I'm unsure if it's supposed to be the same pet.

    Yep. Same cat(same clothing, race, collar and name).

    Do you assign "last name" to your pet? I always do - firstname lastname.

    Given up "1" pet - adoption NPC appear - catch cat - left(disappear) with cat

    - open up smart phone - hire service - adopt cat - can't find him

    - so I go to world menu - open up manager - found.

    Hmm.

    Then probably the pet was re-created from the adoption you used (cause when you click on adopt, households are generated for those). Not sure how this is supposed to work.

    Leaving on unsure for now until I find out more

    I did some more testing and I don't think it's the same pet. They have different IDs and I would expect then to have the same.

    Also if you keep putting the pet up for adoption and get it again, it keeps creating more and more so you end up with several dogs with the same look and name.

    I can't get them to show up in the household manager though.

    There might be a bug here but I don't think it's the traits changing. I would lean more towards the same dog being created for adoption over and over.
