Pets dying ?????

What happens when the bug occurs? My pets are uncomfortable all the time and dies randomly. Sometimes I get a notification that my pet has died of starvation (even though it’s not even possible and I see them eat everyday) or I don’t get anything at all, a random urn appears and pet dissappears from the household bar on the bottom of the screen.
What do you expect to see? I would like my pets to not die randomly obviously

Please describe the patch or change you made. I had this issue ever since I got the cats and dogs expansion pack
So basically my pets (cats and dogs) just die randomly for no reason. Sometimes I get a notification that says “*Pet name* is dying of starvation” which isn’t even possible and all my pets have access to food and eat it everyday. Also grim reaper won’t show up most of the time. Another interesting fact is that my pets feel uncomfortable all the time (their icon or portrait, whatever that is on the bottom of the screen is red lol). I use mods but I don’t use anything that affects pets, I used to have a crappy mod that let you control your pets but I deleted it soon enough because it bugged my game. So yeah, any kind of help or suggestions would be very appreciated ♥️
