I downloaded Sims4 and it took forever and now that it is done. I have these pink , purple and white line through out the game. And I cant read any of the content where those lines are. HELP!! I should have just bought it at the store for all of this trouble.

I purchased the disc and am having this same issue. I can't read the words forr all the pink, purple and white lines. The people are showing up but like where the words are at the lines are. This sucks. I tried to change to laptop mode but that would not even open anything up. I need help too.

I updated the drivers for that laptop and it didn't help at all. I will either have to get a newer computer or just not play the game. 😕mileysad: The laptop I am on now is like way older by about 5yrs so I know it won't work on here either. I have all the Sims 3 on the one I posted about and it works fine so guess I will have to wait to play Sims 4.
It is pretty low in specs so if you can afford, get a new shiny. New shiny is always good and XMas is coming up.
It's best if you post the specs here in the forum before you buy anything.
