Pixelated graphics after january 2025 update despite ultra settings

My game automatically updated yesterday, and there's an issue i can't resolve. I have a ROG STRIX G614JV_G614JV and use NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU.  I've always had my game on the highest graphics...

I decided to check my monitor to see if that's the problem and I think it is. In property settings, it says device settings are not migrated. Could this be the issue, and if so, what can I do?
