Pixelated graphics after january 2025 update despite ultra settings

My game automatically updated yesterday, and there's an issue i can't resolve. I have a ROG STRIX G614JV_G614JV and use NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU.  I've always had my game on the highest graphics...

nvm, it's the game. I've tried everything under the sun and the game remains the same no matter what. I will wait until the next update to see if it fixes it.
