@eloela94 Switching the info on the EA Help site to Polish may have impacted your ability to access support options. I don't know for sure, but I do know that English-language help is the easiest to access in general. If you still can't get anywhere, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If you can't contact support that way either, please post back, and hopefully EA_Solaire will have further suggestions.
@puzzlezaddict I have managed to navigate and opened the case - looks like switching the language didn't have an impact and already had a reply from the Support.
Fingers crossed it will work 🙂
Will come back to this thread once I know more as it might be useful for someone in future 🙂

I started talking to the support and can't hide the fact that I'm actually being frustrated.. I feel like I hit the wall..
Could you please advise if I can share their response on the forum? Don't want to get banned for something that isn't allowed..

@eloela94 According to the rules of this site, you're allowed to post the transcript of a conversation with support, although it's generally not requested or encouraged. The important thing is to make sure it doesn't contain any personal information.
