please help with the sims 4 rewards!

i have two account on ea/origin and on one there is the sims 4 and the other there is the sims 3 games, a few of them, now i really want my rewards (the light plumbobs that you can get but i dont know how because they are both on different accounts, please please please help i really really want them!
