Please try to repair your game. Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair,

I'm having a similar problem in the Jungle Adventure Pack.
In build mode all the furniture ect is visible.
When i go to live mode it all vanishes
Its fine everywhere else.
I have checked my PC spec and it should be fine
I have also attached the dxdiag report
Your graphics driver is very old. Try updating it at AMD. See if that helps.
