pregnancy mega mod doesn't work

hello everyone, I have the Pregnancy Mega Mod, I downloaded it a year ago and it very helped me in the game. On the last days while I'm playing, I don't see the ''Pregnancy...'' bubble on interacti...

    Maybe the mod is incompatible with the newest patch or there's a conflict.

    Please check with the creator of the mod if it still works or not.

it says at the creators notes that it is compatible for all patches after the october 1 2014 patch so there is another problem
