I bought Enchanted by Nature when it was announced, and after having some issues earlier I went to repair my game. The preorder items are saying that I don't own them and aren't showing up in my game. Is anyone else having this issue? I tried clearing the EA App Cache and it didn't help. Currently I don't have any mods installed.
I am having this exact problem. Ive already cleared the cache, but soon as I repair it and it gets to these specific packs, it stops and says I dont have it.
Same issue here. Really disappointed that I'm loosing gameplay for just a few items for the pre-order bonus
this is happening to me as well, ive cleared cache and once i got to repair is tells me it has been disabled or deleted
This seems to be happening for a lot of people including my game.
It's not just the preorder content, it's also Enchanted by Nature itself. I can prove I own it.
