Can anyone here help me with the refund issue?

I mistakenly purchased Battlefield 4 Premium Edition and need to get a refund for the order, as it does not include the base game of Battlefield 4. 

After submitting the appeal, I cannot find the appeal letter in "My Cases".
I submitted my appeal, and it showed that the submission was successful, pending a reply. However, I cannot find the appeal I submitted in "My Cases", nor have I received a reply.
