Problem in sims 4 while my sim go to toilet...!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! <3 :(

As the title may say I have serious problems with sims 4 game ... Everything was great the game is normally worked without problems I have not noticed any strange things until I sent my Sims to the toilet for the first time in the game ... As soon as he sat on the toilet he get blurred and it didnt disappeared ... at first I was not ignored it but shortly after I sent another Sim to go take a shower and it  happened the same ... I tested everything possible to see if there are any such reactions but this arises only when my sims go to the toilet or go take a shower ... please help me! Any help me welcome :heart::womansad:

    The developers behind The Sims 4, which was released about a week ago, have implemented an anti-piracy strategy that just might work. If you're an avid Sims player, you're well aware that the game pixelates when your Sim changes clothing, uses the toilet or showers. But usually, once your Sim is done with those activities, the pixelation goes away. This isn't the case if you're playing a pirated version of The Sims 4.
