Product Code Already Used

I recently got my laptop back from Best Buy where they fixed a hard drive fail. In the process of them fixing my hard drive they took off origin, sims 4, etc. I'm trying to re-download Sims 4 and Origin but Origin won't allow me to sign into my family's origin account due to something being "expired"? I made a new Origin account since my family is unable to get into our original origin account and I'm trying to download the Sims 4 again. I came to the screen where you put in a product code but it says that is has already been used which I know it has on the other Origin account that is not working. What can I do?

@kmadelyn02 Once the game is activated to an Origin account it is locked to that account. You need to log in to that account. Did you try to log in several times and fail? Try open IE (Windows 10 type IE in Ask me anything) - click cog in upper right - click internet options - browsing history click delete - delete - apply - ok. This should clear the cookie allowing a new one to be created.

@roberto591 I have tried multiple times to log into the old origin account that has the sims on it. The reason I made the new origin account is because I am unable to log in after trying on two different pcs over a course of a couple months.
