promo code.

Is there any way that i can re-use or some how use the same promo code for my sims 4 account. I uninstalled the first one off of a different computer but I do not want to buy a whole new game. If any one has any tips or ideas so i can reset my promo code it would be much appriciated for the help! Thank you!

If possible I need this information as soon as possible. I do not have much time to get this set up.
