Promotion tasks not updating when complete

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the promotion tasks are not updating when I have completed them. For example, the promotion task "Reach level 7 charisma skill" is at 6/7, but my charisma skill is currently at 8. I did not cheat to bypass level 7, and was level 7 for a while. There seems to be a bug. This happened before as well, with the writing skill task, and I had to force promote the character, and then it seemed to be updating correctly for a short while, and now it is broken again.
