Purchase Sims 4 add-ons online for minor
I am trying to purchase Sims 4 add-ons for my daughter account (minor) with no luck.

@cgronnerod I can only think that it has to do with minor using credit or the rating of the game. A transaction by a minor with out parental consent is illegal and invalid. Minor's can not buy alcoholic beverages online. Basically it boils down to a minor can not enter into a contract. Thus the transaction could be contested and deemed invalid. You can purchase the pack through Amazon and get an online code you can then redeem that code on Origin.

I spent 30 minutes with help desk to transfer the purchase of one add-on. Then I went to the local store and purchased a physical disk with a redeem code for the other add-ons.
Seems to be the only way. Amazon is a good bet next time.
