Can you try to repair the game and Origin, and then do it again? Do not save if they don't show up, as this is just for testing and I do not want you to loose points!
I repaired the game and tried it out. The potion did appear. Thanks.

Make sure your game is closed.
Then right click on it in Origin and click on repair game.
