Purchased Potions not in Inventory

Redeemed multiple potions at the same time and none of them appeared in my inventory but all the points are gone and I can't repurchase them because it says I already have them. When I bought one and...

    Hi @breanna8700 

    Make sure your game is closed.

    Then right click on it in Origin and click on repair game.
