Try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

i end up repairing it every day bc of this error shows up every day. I reinstalled it and didn't add CC or Mods and it still showing error.

I have seen this same error before, not by me though i don't use mods or cc  but other have and figure it out

Thanks for info. I found this link yesterday and tried it. Today I went to play and error still came up. Getting close to my wit's end. Guess i'm going to have to repair it every day til I find a solution.
