If Sell Furniture is chosen, the furniture and decór plants stays in the house you leave. If Keep Furniture is chosen, the objects are found in Household Inventory when moved to the new lot. If you chose Keep Furniture, are they not in your household inventory? It has a little box as an icon, and is accessible from within Build/Buy mode.
