Going to Batuu works just fine. You have one lodging there you can use but it is a rabbit hole.
Please describe what happens when you try to go on vacation there and please refrain from guessing at causes.

I went to repair my game in origin and everything works fine again. Thanks for your help 🙂! Sorry for my assumptions I was really frustrated.
