@asmohadez  Can you repair Sims 4?  If so, that will restore the Bin folder.

If that doesn't work, delete the Sims 4 folder that holds the game's program files, where the Bin folder would be, then remove all Sims 4-related entries from your computer's registery with Piriform's CCleaner (the free version is fine).  Before starting, make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager.  Restart your computer and reinstall the game.
