Re: Can't activate my mods after new update.

@MysticKitty1o1  Try using the custom content in a clean user data folder.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Go to the Main Menu, enable custom content (and script mods if you want), quit, and then add just one cc item to the Mods folder.  Use a fresh download, and make sure whatever you use is confirmed compatible with the latest patch, just to cover all your bases.

If the item shows up in-game, you can start adding back your other cc in batches, testing each time.  If some or all of the cc stops showing up, you'll know that at least one of the files you just added is a problem, and you'll need to split that last batch and test until you find the culprit.

@MysticKitty1o1  That would be a good place to start, if you know what you added when the problem showed up.  Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package too.

If that doesn't help though, the clean folder is the way to go.  It's a bit tedious, but it's the best way to make sure that everything you add to your game works.
