I am very frustrated now. I just tried a new, unmodded save, and my Sim purchased food from a Spice District stall just fine. At this point, I think there are two possibilities: Either a broken mod, or the bug specifically happens when it's raining, because it was raining at the time that I first noticed it, and it wasn't raining in my new save. I still think it's odd that this is only happening in the Spice District. If someone could link me to the mods that were broken by the latest patch, that would be very helpful.

Thought you removed all mods ?

Wasn't raining in my game either so I can try that on the next spice festival.

I think I might have misclicked in the original post. Will edit that.

EDIT: Clarified that mods were in fact enabled in the first post.

It's better if you always test without mods before making a post. Mods are not supported and I really want everything tested on vanilla before reporting. Every report takes up resources and if there's mods involved, it's not something they're going to fix and yet, they still need to have someone testing.

So please, I can't stress this enough: Always test your issues on a vanilla game. If it still happens, try on a fresh game and test if you can recreate that never saw mods.
