So sorry, life has been crazy. Anyways, did you click to allowed custom content? For some reason I think the game still believes I have some in the family. I can see them in my library when I allowed CC. I'm not sure why Sims thinks I have CC in that family when I uploaded them without it.

This has happened to me with both cats and dogs I've downloaded from the Gallery and Tumblr, because the person who created them used default replacement pet eyes. From my own research if either you don't use default replacement eyes or you use a set by a different creator this can happen.

I think they were default replacements. The other cat I had would have had the default replacement eyes as well then. It's strange that she doesn't have the odd colored eyes as well. Thank you!

Hello, I am unsure if this will work for you, but I have had similar issues with human eyes when I accidentally run sims 4 studio's disable all cc for random batch fix which will break default eyes. I always fix it by redownloading the eye set and then taking them out when I disable cc for random. Hope this helps!
