For the rest, please try playing in a clean user data folder. Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see how a new save runs.
If the new save is fine, you can copy your existing saves to the new folder. (Saves are unsurprisingly in the saves folder.) Don't add anything else though, at least for now. If your existing saves still run slowly, try loading a backup save instead. Use the manual method here:
