@dontronnnn Great, so now you can start moving your content from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one. Keep testing along the way, and if the game stops working, you'll know that one of the files you just moved is a problem and can split that last batch and retest until you find the culprit.
Where the game has created a new file or folder, it's best to use that rather than your existing one. For example, move over the contents of Tray, not the Tray folder itself, and don't bother with small files that don't contain any meaningful data.
