Re: Can't open Sims 4, Repair installation issues, Update issues.

i've got this exact same issue. I've tried:

- restarting ea
- clearing ea cache
- run as admin

- restarting laptop

- uninstalling/reinstalling ea

it won't let me try repairing the game because it says 'download failed' whenever i try

i tried to talk to the helpline and email but their dropdown boxes wouldn't work and that's required info so it wouldn't let me send the queries. i only managed to send a troubleshooting report and idk if that'll get noticed or anything
